Chatting with * was a horrific experience. This person refused to answer my questions regarding why your company is saying items are in stock, but they aren't. You all have my money tied up in two orders that were AVAILABLE when I placed them, but are not available now. I paid express shipping on the second order. * was very sure to advise that she had other chats to tend to instead of answering my specific questions about my orders. I learned that one of my orders was cancelled today, but I had not been notified of such activity until I asked about it today (order 1109938). Refusing to answer my questions, as she had other chats to tend to, she only would give me the option to cancel my current order (1115100) or see other options, opting not to discuss my concerns. Then she disconnected me from chat and sent me to the rating of the chat. This person has the worse SERVICE ever and to me, it's reflects the company. Actually, the company's behavior is encompassed in the service representative. They has taken my money on two orders that the website clearly said was available when I placed the orders, but now are not available. Mind you, the site STILL says these items are available. This company is a rip-off. The first order, i received an email saying that it was on back order and was provided with options. I chatted with a representative about the options provided in the email and placed an order based on that availability on July 2,2020 to only find out that today, 7/8/20, it is not available. I have been awaiting orders from this company since June 25,2020. I have been provided a phone number, but the recording only says to chat with someone instead because they can't answer calls.
I opted to purchase from this company based on YouTube reviews. I totally understand the pandemic crisis that we are in, but this type of service is a disgrace. I needed this hair this month, which is why I purchased my first order last month and paid express shipping on the second order.

I love Ebonyline and their competitive prices. I had a hiccup on a wig I really wanted and was waiting for to wear at an event, but I received an email that the manufacturer hadn't sent it, therefore, Ebonyline couldn't send to me. Although I was disappointed, Daejonna worked diligently with me via email to help me make another choice. I didn't just receive an email and then got ghosted, I would receive immediate responses, as I was trying to find a replacement. Daejonna was AWESOME!! After checking the availability of my next two choices, I received confirmation that the order was now a go! Thank you Jaevonna for hanging in their with me!!

I have ordered from this website 3 times and am about to order again today! They always deliver my package in about 3 business days and always answer any emails i send! One of my orders did come ripped but i was able to make something work. Shoutout to MICHELLE

I made an order which one of the wigs were out of stock. I received an email from DAEJONNA D she was so helpful I choose another wig that I thought was pretty and she adjusted my order and my bill. Thank you so much for your help DAEJONNA D. I am so happy with my choice it is beautiful hair.
When I need anything hair related whether it is a wig, weave or braiding hair, Ebonyline is my first choice. They process and ship my order out quickly and their customer service is excellent. Whenever I need to adjust my order I just hit the chat button and speak to a representative. It is easy and quick. Other sites do not care and only think about getting your money. However, Ebonyline really cares about making sure you return as a customer. Today, I needed to change my order after placing it. I opened the chat and spoke to Michelle and she was able to adjust my order in less than five minutes. Not to mention they have a wonderful rewards program. I often use coupons on top of rewards and get as much as $40 off. Also, their prices are the lowest amongst most other wig sites and they get the newest arrivals quickly and when other places are out of stock, they usually have some in stock and they often restock. Try them out, I am sure you will enjoy it. If anything is wrong or you need help with an order just click the chat button. I buy all my wigs from them!
Fast shipping, but fraudulent transactions after I placed an order!
I emailed Ebonyline to check on my shipment & within 5 minutes service agent "Larissa" responded. They were waiting for 1of the 2 Wigs ordered to come in from the Mfg. I requested she ship the one and credit me for the other. I received my order 3 days later. Thank you Larissa!

My most recent purchases were the OUTRE SYNTHETIC PRE-PLUCKED HD TRANSPARENT LACE FRONT WIG- LEYLA wigs and before that, I purchased a few of the Zury Sis Sassy Lively Spirit Razor Chic Wig SASSY RC-H DEAN wigs. These wigs were sent in a timely fashion and in Brand New, Top Quality Condition. The wigs also looked as they appeared on the website or better. They are very nice its the customer service when something goes wrong they are very unprofessional like they are angry horrible not sure if there are diff call centers but HORRIBLE

The wigs ebonyline sell are not the original wig names, ebonyline sell wigs that a cheaply imatation wigs. Their wigs are countefit.
